NEW MENU ITEMS
Chef Mike Pietrocola has updated our club menus incorporating foods
from the new season. Mike purchases as many local products as
available. We purchase our veal from Albany, micro greens and produce from
Westport, NY and our fresh seafood from markets in NY City. |

MORE GOLF
You can look forward to the expansion of our Golf Operations. Jeremy Kerr will be creating an exciting youth program this season to better serve our members with children interested in golf. The women of Mohawk will also realize an expanded schedule with many new clinics and events.
